Four Apartment House in Ekali
The building, on a site of 1.055m² (11.356ft²), consists of four independent apartments. Two U-shaped ones on the groud floor, measuring 150m² (1.615ft²), and two L-shaped ones on the upper floor measuring 100m² (1.076ft²).
The symmetry axis divides a two-storeyed patio, which constitutes the core of the building.
The ground floor apartments include a sitting-room, a dining room, a kitchen, bathrooms and three bedrooms, which are linked by an internal staircase with the storage spaces and the garage in the basement.
The upper floor apartments, with independent entrances from the side gardens and internal staircases, comprise a unified space serving as sitting room/dining room/kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom.
